1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CaseFuel (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. CaseFuel reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
CaseFuel provides automated SEO analysis for law firm websites. The Service includes a free SEO scorecard and an optional paid comprehensive audit report. Our analysis is generated by AI and automated tools, and is provided for informational purposes only. CaseFuel is not a marketing agency and does not implement SEO changes on your behalf.
3. Not Legal or Marketing Advice
CaseFuel provides SEO analysis and recommendations, not legal advice, marketing guarantees, or promises of specific results. Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control. We make no warranties regarding improved rankings, traffic, or client acquisition resulting from our recommendations. You should use our reports as one input among many when making marketing decisions for your practice.
4. Payments & Refunds
The free SEO scorecard requires no payment. The full audit report is available for a one-time payment of $1,500 USD, processed securely through Stripe. Due to the nature of digital deliverables, all sales of paid reports are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your report, please contact us at hello@casefuel.com and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CaseFuel only for lawful purposes and only to audit websites you own or have authorization to audit. You may not use the Service to: submit URLs you do not own or have permission to audit, attempt to overload, hack, or interfere with the Service, resell or redistribute audit reports without written permission, or use automated tools to submit bulk requests.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding of CaseFuel is owned by CaseFuel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Paid audit reports are licensed for your firm's internal use. You may share your report with members of your team or marketing consultants, but may not resell or publicly redistribute it.
7. Limitation of Liability
CaseFuel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaseFuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
