Information We Collect
When you use CaseFuel, we collect the website URL you submit for auditing and the email address you provide for delivery of your results. We also collect standard analytics data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited to improve our service. We do not collect passwords, financial information (payments are processed securely through Stripe), or any sensitive personal data beyond what is described here.
How We Use Your Information
We use your email address to deliver your SEO audit results, send payment confirmations for paid reports, and communicate important updates about your audit. We analyze only publicly available website data — the same information that search engines like Google already access. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your credit card information on our servers. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. We retain audit data to allow you to revisit your results, and you may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies & Tracking
CaseFuel uses essential cookies for site functionality and security (such as CAPTCHA verification). We do not use third-party advertising trackers. If we implement analytics in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate CaseFuel: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered analysis, DataForSEO for keyword and competitor data, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting, and Cloudflare for security. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
Your Rights
